Staff were charming and lovely!

The hotel was clean and little, had gorgeous views to a quiet and beautiful garden at the back of the building. The location for our purpose was super and enjoyable, so close to a metro station. We had goodies and coffee at Bachstub'l, it was located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue.

I really enjoyed extremely spacious and silent rooms with the regular German beds, TVs. The location was marvellous for walking around Museum of fine arts...

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. They provided us with helpful information and even suggested a more affordable parking option nearby. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and unexpectedly large showers. The breakfast was of exceptional quality, with a single menu that surpassed my expectations. The hotel's central location and easy access to transportation made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The cozy ambiance and live classical music outside our window added to the delightful experience. our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip, and we would love to visit again.

We stayed at Arcona to be close to the Thomas Kirche, the Opera and the Gewandhaus. It was a perfect location for us. Also comfortable with friendly Staff

Excellent staff, great rooms, and an amazing breakfast menu. Unexpectedly spacious bathroom with a large shower. Conveniently located near St. Thomas' Church with live classical music in the courtyard. A highlight of our Germany trip.

The room was nice, large and silent. The staff very kind and helpful. Internet worked very well also in the higher rooms.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right next to Bach's church and within easy walking distance of shops and eateries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I loved dining with a view of the Thomas church and Bach statue. The sauna was a great added bonus.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more coffee capsules per person, as it felt a bit unfair to only have one use.

Location is out of this world. In the courtyard of the huge Cathedral, having Johan Sebastian Bach statue looking at us , into our room... The service was pefect, the hotel restaurant was great with a mashroom soup- amazing! The old city is just there. We walked everywhere. Also enjoyed a concertt in the evening. Perfect place.

The location is stunning, close to Bach's church and museum. Shops and eateries are nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. The railway station is extremely close and easy to access.

Location and the room.

Breakfast is very, very, very poor. A largest selection must be taken in coonsideration by the management, because for 17 eur, the client should eat something.

The location just in the middle of the cultural centre. A very nice hotel with a very helpful personal. The best of all was the beds-very comfortable and the best of all: very good pillows! For the first time for many years, I did´nt have to use my own pillow which I always have with me on journeys all over the world.
